RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your party kit, we will be happy to issue a refund. Simply send it back within 15 days of receipt of the package, and we will issue a credit to your credit card for the cost of the item and taxes, minus a 10% restocking fee. (Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.) Send the kit back in the original box to the following address:

When returning your order, please select a shipping method that provides a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Please retain a copy of this information. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost items for which no proof of shipping is available.

Please allow four weeks for your refund to be processed.
